Leidos, a top player in the Power Delivery industry, came to us with a mission: create recruitment videos that would draw in top talent to their team. Our task was to showcase the real employees of Leidos, hard at work at a power substation, as well as capture the essence of the company culture and values. No big deal, right?
The Details
Our team rose to the challenge and delivered a variety of videos, including a Texas recruiting video, a general recruiting video, and a company capabilities video. We mixed original footage with some snazzy stock footage to keep things interesting.
Of course, the Power Delivery sector is super niche, and our team had to work closely with the client to make sure we hit the mark with the messaging. There were a few hurdles, but we persevered and the final product exceeded everyone’s expectations.
The videos were so good, the client needed a few extra rounds of revisions just to make sure they weren’t dreaming. In the end, they were thrilled with the final product, and we were thrilled to have delivered a project that was both effective and within budget.
The best part? These videos will continue to shine as recruitment tools for years to come. We’re just happy we could be a part of the Leidos team’s ongoing success.
